Submit Vehicle or Equipment for Truck Voucher Program Eligibility

Welcome to the NYTVIP Vehicle and Non-Road Equipment Eligibility Application.

This form cannot be saved and worked on later. Please ensure all items required in the below application can be completed in one session.

See the Program Implementation Manual for complete Vehicle/Non-Road Equipment Eligibility requirements for the following funding tracks: Class 3-8 Zero Emission Vehicles, Electric Non-Road Equipment, and Electric Transit Buses.

*If you are a Manufacturer applying for Transit Buses, select the Class 3-8 Zero Emission Vehicles drop down.

There are four (4) required documents that must be attached to the bottom of the application:

  1. Warranty Document – must be at least three (3) years
  2. Specification Sheet
  3. MSRP/Price Sheet
  4. Service Locations and/or Service Plan

Both Staff Contact emails will receive a successful submission email when the application has been submitted for review to the Voucher Help Center and NYSERDA.

NYTVIP will pause acceptance of new Dealer applications until July 14, 2025, and new voucher applications for Class 3-8 Zero Emissions Vehicles and Non-Road Equipment until August 2025.
