FlexTech Program (PON 4192)

Due Date:  Continuous

Description

The Flexible Technical Assistance (FlexTech) Program supports New York State Commercial, Industrial and Multifamily customers who pay into the Systems Benefit Charge by providing a cost-share for credible, objective technical assistance services. These services encompass a wide range of activities to help customers make informed clean energy investment and sustainability decisions. Customers faced with unprecedented new challenges, opportunities and technological change can use FlexTech to pinpoint which clean energy investments are right for them.

Customers have the option of selecting either a NYSERDA qualified FlexTech Consultant from the following list (https://www.nyserda.ny.gov/Contractors/Find-a-Contractor/FlexTech-Consultants) or an Independent Service Provider of their choosing. The Consultant will identify, analyze and prioritize energy efficiency or carbon reduction recommendations. The recommendations are tailored to the customer’s site and business needs.  Implementation of these recommendations may lead to lower annual utility costs, reduced operation and maintenance costs, extended equipment life, and increased occupant comfort.
