Description

NYSERDA has launched the Offshore Wind Project Predevelopment Program Opportunity Notice (OSWPON26-1).

Through this PON, NYSERDA seeks to award funding to support project-specific offshore wind predevelopment activities that will advance project maturity, mitigate development costs, increase project viability, position projects for more competitive offtake agreements, and maintain viable pathways toward Financial Close and commercial operation.

NYSERDA is accepting applications to OSWPON26-1 on a continuous basis through December 31, 2029, or until funds are fully committed. For details and submission instructions, see the Program Opportunity Notice (OSWPON26-1).
