Technical Assistance in Support of the NYS Clean Energy Transition (RFQL 6145)

Description

RFQL 6145 seeks to establish a pool of consulting firms pre-qualified to provide NYSERDA with diverse technical services, some of which may request support on short notice. Services will cover a range of energy topics such as policy development and analytics, tool development, economic and environmental analysis, and utility planning and analytics.

NYSERDA provides research, analytic, and modeling support on a range of topics often on short timelines. Access to this pool of pre-qualified contractors with wide-ranging, and deep expertise will augment NYSERDA’s expertise when undertaking projects. The pre-qualified firms in the pool will be available to support a range of teams at NYSERDA to enhance program offerings, research, policy development, and analysis, often with detailed quantification of impacts through modeling and tool development.
