Provides technical assistance, concierge support services and financial incentives to support retrofits in low-to moderate-income (LMI) multifamily buildings in upstate New York under the LMI Energy Efficiency and Building Electrification (EE/BE) Order from 2026-2030.

The program will support energy efficiency and decarbonization projects including refrigerator replacements, prescriptive direct in unit installations, weatherization, electrification and deep retrofit scopes of work, along with climate resilience enhancements.  Incentives are awarded in increasing tiers on a dollar per dwelling unit basis. NYSERDA will cost share up to 100% of technical assistance and concierge support services costs and up to 70-85% of installed measures cost, depending on building size.
