Owner's Representative Services for Multifamily Buildings (PON 5899)

Due Date:  Continuous

Description

The Owner’s Representative Services for Multifamily Buildings Program provides incentives to multifamily owners and managers of under-resourced multifamily buildings, for technical assistance and support services to advance efficiency and decarbonization projects.  Through the program, NYSERDA will match the building owner/manager to a qualified Owner’s Representative that will support the planning and implementation of energy efficiency and decarbonization projects. Projects can include ones that have started but cannot move forward due to limited resources and staff available or where a building owner/manager is unsure of how to start the decarbonization journey.

The Owner’s Representatives will support the building owner/manager through the implementation of decarbonization plans serving as a trusted, independent resource that supports the interests and goals of the building owner/manager. The Program aims to remove barriers to project implementation by helping the building owner/ manager accelerate the transition to low-carbon, high-efficiency buildings while enhancing long-term asset value, creating healthier living spaces, improve indoor comfort for building residents, and obtain operational savings.
